    摘要:

    某矿场由于工作需要对3台空压机移机后,出现油温持续升高,油箱中有大量黑色胶状物质,空压机滑动轴瓦咬死等故障。通过对新油、在用油以及胶状物质的分析表明,使用的矿物型汽轮机油不能满足螺杆空压机的高温润滑要求,油品严重劣化生产了氧化产物;此外环境工况的改变使得压缩机负荷增大,产生的摩擦热和压缩热增加,油温持续升高,加速了油品氧化。根据空压机工作工况,对润滑油进行重新选型,更换了高低温性能较优异的合成螺杆空压机油后,保证了设备的正常运行。

    Abstract:

    A mining company relocated three of their screw compressors to another spot according to exploitation requirements.After the relocation,the lubricating oil’s temperature of the compressors continued to rise and a lot of black deposits appeared at the oil bank,and the sliding bearing was found broken.The used and new oils,as well as the black deposits were analyzed.The oil analysis results show that the mineral turbine oil used in the compressors can not meet the requirements of hightemperature condition,and the oil is decreased seriously and a lot of oxidation products are generated.In addition,as the environment conditions changed,the compressor load is increased,and the heat generated by friction and compression is increased too,which causes oil temperature rise and accelerates oil oxidation.A synthetic oil with good performance in both high and low temperature was reselected according to the working condition of screw compressors.
