    摘要:

    介绍用轮轨摩擦试验装置测量摩擦因数的基本原理及试验装置的组成部分,通过测量车轮空载转动的阻力、不同车轮转速下受不同载荷转动基本停止所需制动力的值以及计算对应的制动扭矩,得出不同载荷下制动力以及相应摩擦因数的整体趋势。结果表明:不同载荷和速度下轮轨间的摩擦因数基本处于016~018之间,与轮轨材质钢和铸铁滑动摩擦因数一致,并验证了在摩擦区域温度越高摩擦因数越小以及车轮制动力与载荷成正相关关系。因此,用轮轨摩擦试验装置测滑动摩擦因数的方法接近实际工况,适用于不同材质组合的摩擦因数的测量。

    Abstract:

    The basic principle of measuring method of friction coefficient by using wheelrail friction testing device was described,and the composition parts of the testing device were introduced.Through measuring noload wheel resistance and the braking force required to stop the rotation basically for different loads at different wheel speeds as well as calculating the corresponding braking torque,the overall trend of the braking force and the corresponding friction coefficient under the different load were obtained.The results show that the friction coefficient of wheel and rail is between 016 and 018 at different loads and wheel speeds,which is consistent with steel and cast of wheelrail,also it is verified that the friction coefficient and the temperature are negatively correlated in friction region and the wheel braking force and the load are positive correlation.Therefore,the measuring method of friction coefficient by wheelrail friction testing device is close to the actual working condition,which is suitable for the measurement of the friction coefficient of different material combinations.
