    摘要:

    针对滤谱法中滤膜上磨粒分布不规则,不易区分铁磁性颗粒和非铁磁性颗粒的问题,设计一种磁滤谱仪,它在原油液检测滤谱仪的基础上,通过引入自动运动控制机构,提高了工作效率;同时在下过滤端安装永磁铁,使油样中的铁磁性颗粒能在滤膜上沿磁力线方向分布。通过有限元方法确定该磁滤谱仪的磁场强度和磁场方向。实验结果表明,磁滤谱仪制备的滤膜上的铁磁性颗粒沿磁力线分布,能很快地区分出铁磁性颗粒和非铁磁性颗粒,提高了铁磁性颗粒和非铁磁性颗粒区分的准确度,提高了工作效率和可信度。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problems existed in filteringgraphy method that wear particle distribution is irregular in the filter membrane and it is difficult to distinguish ferromagnetic particles and non ferromagnetic particles,a magnetic filteringgraphy instrument was designed,which adopts the automatic control mechanism so as to improve the work efficiency of the common filteringgraphy instrument,uses a permanent magnet in the bottom end of the filter to make the ferromagnetic particles in oil samples distribute along the direction of magnetic lines on filter membrane.The magnetic field strength and magnetic field direction of the magnetic filteringgraphy instrument were obtained through finite element analysis method.Experimental results show that the ferromagnetic particles is distributed along the direction of magnetic lines on the filter membrane obtained by magnetic filteringgraphy instrument,so they can be quickly distinguished from the non ferromagnetic particles,and the work efficiency and credibility are also improved.
