    摘要:

    针对带钢平整工艺润滑中喷嘴喷出的乳化液在辊面上分布不均匀的问题,对喷淋梁上喷嘴射流流场和喷出的乳化液在辊面上的分布进行研究。运用数值模拟的方法,分析喷嘴不同关键位置参数如喷嘴间距、喷嘴旋转角度喷淋流场和辊面上乳化液分布的影响。研究表明,在保证辊面被乳化液完全覆盖的情况下,增加喷嘴间距可以减少喷嘴数量,节省乳化液消耗;喷嘴旋转一定的角度可减轻射流与空气相互作用在局部区域形成的涡流,从而改善对覆盖于辊面上乳化液的卷吸问题,提高辊面的润滑效率。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of nonuniform distribution of emulsion on roll surface in rolling lubricant,the the nozzle jet flow field and the distribution of the emulsion on the roll surface was studied.The influence of the key location parameters,such as nozzle spacing and nozzle rotating angle on the jet performance and the emulsion distribution on the roll surface was analyzed by using numerical simulation method.The results show that,under the condition that the roll surface is completely covered by the emulsion,the number of nozzles can be reduce by increasing the nozzle spacing so as to reduce the waste of emulsion.A certain angle of nozzle rotation can reduce the vortex formed by interaction between jet and air in local area so as to improve the entrainment phenomenon of the emulsion on the roller surface and improve the lubrication efficiency of the roller surface.
