    摘要:

    利用高速载流摩擦磨损试验机的环-块试验台,试验研究电滑动过程中电弧放电和纯碳滑板温升的变化,并探讨法向压力、滑动速度和通电电流对弓网间电弧放电能量和纯碳滑板温升的影响。试验结果表明:载流条件下碳滑板最高温升急剧增大,电弧放电热是造成碳滑板温升的主要原因;增大法向压力能很好地抑制电弧放电和纯碳滑板的温升;电流和滑动速度的增大都不同程度地引起电弧放电能量和纯碳滑板最高温升的增加,且纯碳滑板温升与电流大小呈现近似线性关系。

    Abstract:

    The arc discharge and temperature rise of carbon strip during the sliding process of pantograph/catenary were studied by using a ringonblock test bench of a high speed current carrying friction and wear testing machine.The effect of the normal contact force,relative sliding speed and electric current on the arc discharge and the strip temperature rise of the panatographcatenary system was discussed.The test results show that the peak temperature of carbon strip is increased sharply during the current carrying friction of pantograph and catenary,and the energy of arc discharge is the main cause for the temperature rise of a carbon strip.The increasing of the normal contact force can suppress the arc discharge and the temperature rise of carbon strips.The arc discharge energy and the peak temperature rise of the carbon strips are increased with the increasing of the electricity current and the relative sliding speed,and the relationship between electricity current and temperature rise of carbon strip is approximate to linear.
