    摘要:

    为提高碳膜的抗疲劳性能,采用N掺杂对其进行改性。应用磁控溅射技术,在滚动轴承零件接触表面制备出CrC涂层和N掺杂CrC涂层,测试及分析2种涂层轴承的速度性能、振动性能、温升性能及可靠性寿命等,研究N掺杂对CrC涂层轴承性能特性的影响。研究结果表明:N掺杂CrC涂层轴承的高速性能和振动性能不如CrC涂层轴承,但N掺杂CrC涂层提高了涂层滚动轴承的抗疲劳性能和可靠性寿命;与CrC涂层相比,N掺杂CrC涂层不适合用于高速、重载工况下的滚动轴承。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the antifatigue property of the carbon coating,the N doping was used to modify the carbon coating.N doped CrC coating and CrC coating were prepared on the contact surface of the rolling bearing parts by the magnetron sputtering technique.The performances of the two kinds of coated bearings,such as speed,vibration,temperature rise and reliability life,were tested and analyzed.The results show that,the highspeed performance and vibration performance of the N doped CrC coated bearing are not as good as the CrC coating bearing.But the N doped CrC coating improves the fatigue resistance and reliability life of the rolling bearing.Compared with CrC coating,N doped CrC coating is not suitable for the operating conditions of rolling bearings,such as high speed and heavy load.
