    摘要:

    通过建立伺服阀滑阀的阀腔与配合间隙中液压油的二维流场模型,利用Fluent中欧拉多相流模型对流场进行数值计算,分析颗粒杂质在阀腔与配合间隙的分布特点和规律。结果表明:配合间隙内颗粒分布与速度场一致,在流速较高处颗粒含量也较高,同时颗粒在漩涡中心分布较少,在漩涡边缘较多;配合间隙内颗粒体积分数随颗粒物密度和直径的增大而增大;间隙两端压差变化时,内部固相体积分数基本不变;间隙内固相体积分数随间隙长度的增加先增大后减小。

    Abstract:

    The twodimensional flow field model of hydraulic oil in valve chamber and clearance of spool valve was set up, the fluid field was calculated by using Eulerian model in software Fluent, and the character and regularity of the particle distribution in valve chamber and clearance of spool valve were analyzed.The results show that particle distribution is consistent with the velocity field, and the particle concentration is higher in the area where oil velocity is higher. The volume fraction of particles in vortex center is lower than the average value, while the volume fraction of particles in the zoon around the vortex center is higher than the average value. The volume fraction of particles in the gap is increased with the increasing of the density and diameter of particles,while it is almost not affected by the differential pressure of the gap. With the increasing of the gap length, the volume fraction of particles in the gap is firstly increased and then decreased.
