The twodimensional flow field model of hydraulic oil in valve chamber and clearance of spool valve was set up, the fluid field was calculated by using Eulerian model in software Fluent, and the character and regularity of the particle distribution in valve chamber and clearance of spool valve were analyzed.The results show that particle distribution is consistent with the velocity field, and the particle concentration is higher in the area where oil velocity is higher. The volume fraction of particles in vortex center is lower than the average value, while the volume fraction of particles in the zoon around the vortex center is higher than the average value. The volume fraction of particles in the gap is increased with the increasing of the density and diameter of particles,while it is almost not affected by the differential pressure of the gap. With the increasing of the gap length, the volume fraction of particles in the gap is firstly increased and then decreased.
