    摘要:

    某核电厂主泵使用某一品牌润滑油时,在未出现设备异常磨损的情况下,出现润滑油中金属Pb含量异常。通过实验室模拟试验并经现场初步验证,发现该品牌润滑油对轴承中的金属Pb有较强的分离析出效应,且该效应与运行油温度成正比。根据试验结果,将主泵润滑更换成另一金属Pb分离析出能力相对较低的润滑油,现场初步试验表明,油样中铅的含量大幅下降。

    Abstract:

    In a nuclear power plant,when using a certain brand of lubricating oil for the main pump,the abnormal levels of Pb content appears in the lubricating oil in the case that no abnormal wear appears for the main pump.Through the laboratory simulation test and preliminary validation in the field,it was found that this brand lubricating oil had a strong effect on the separation out of metal Pb in the bearings,and the effect was proportional to temperature of operating oil.According to the test results,the main pump lubricating oil was replaced with another brand of oil which had a low ability of separation out of Pb.The field tests show that the Pb content in the lubricating oil has sharp decline.
