    摘要:

    针对含油膜润滑间隙铰接副的多体动力学问题,采用挤压油膜润滑力约束替代运动学约束的方式构建间隙铰模型,并对比分析间隙铰在油膜润滑和干接触情况下的模型参数(如油液黏度、间隙尺寸)对机械系统动力学特性的影响。数值算例结果表明,润滑油膜具有良好的减震效果,使得系统动态性能各项指标接近于理想情况,且最小油膜厚度远大于安全值;随着间隙增大或油液黏度减小时,铰接副反力出现振荡,系统刚性趋于严重,特别是在油液黏度较小时,销轴与轴套接触面接触趋于频繁,干接触和磨损可能性增大。 

    Abstract:

    To estimate dynamic characteristics of multibody system with lubricated revolute joints,a squeeze lubrication force model was used to replace kinetic revolute joint for describing revolute clearance joint.Comparative analysis was carried out to reveal the effects of major parameters such as dynamic fluid viscosity,clearance size on system dynamics when revolute joint with dry contact or lubrication.Numerical simulation results indicate dynamic performances for the hydrodynamic lubrication model match quite well with those for ideal joints,and the minimum fluid film thickness is ensured within safe range.When increasing clearance size or reducing dynamic fluid viscosity,reaction force becomes oscillatory and system stiffness tends to be serious.The journal and the bearing walls are closer for low viscosity,which suggests the possibility of dry contact and wear.
