    摘要:

    采用氟化铵和盐酸溶液刻蚀Ti2AlC制备二维晶体Ti2C,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对其物相和结构形貌进行表征。结果表明,Ti2AlC被氟化铵和盐酸溶液完全刻蚀得到纯度较高的Ti2C二维晶体。利用四球摩擦试验机考察Ti2C作为锂基润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)对钢球磨斑进行表面分析。结果表明,二维晶体Ti2C作为润滑添加剂可明显提高锂基脂的减摩抗磨性能,并在Ti2C质量分数为01%~025%时具有较好的减摩性,在质量分数为025%时具有较好的抗磨性;在摩擦过程中润滑脂中的Ti2C沉积在摩擦副表面,形成具有优异摩擦学性能的润滑保护膜。

    Abstract:

    Twodimensional (2D) transition metal carbides Ti2C were prepared by etching MAX phase Ti2AlC with ammonium fluoride and hydrochloric acid solution.The structure and morphologies of samples were characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM).Results show that Ti2AlC is etched as Ti2C successfully with ammonium fluoride and hydrochloric acid solution.The tribological properties of the prepared Ti2C nanosheets as an additive in lithium grease were evaluated with a fourball tester and the worn surfaces were analyzed by FESEM and EDS.Results show that Ti2C nanosheets as lubricating additives can obviously improve the friction reducing and antiwear performance of base grease,which has good friction reducing property when its mass fraction is between 01% to 025 %,and has good antiwear property when its mass fraction is 025%.The friction film is formed due to the deposition of Ti2C in the surface of friction,which has good effect on friction reducing and antiwear performance.
