    摘要:

    选用5种基础油和季铵盐改性的膨润土制备膨润土润滑脂,通过流变仪对润滑脂进行动态和稳态流变试验,考察基础油对润滑脂触变性、模量等流变性能的影响。试验表明,基础油黏度越大,膨润土润滑脂凝胶体系越稳定;黏度相近的基础油中,环烷基油所制润滑脂的结构强度较石蜡基油的更强。温度对膨润土润滑脂流变性能影响较大,低温时,润滑脂触变环面积、屈服点和流动点储存模量均大于高温时的值,故润滑脂弹性势能低温时较高温时大,随着温度的升高,更容易转变为流动体系。

    Abstract:

    Bentonite greases were prepared by using five kinds of base oils and the bentonite modified by quatemary ammonium salt.The dynamic and steady rheological tests of the prepared bentonite greases were carried out by the rheological meter to study the effect of base oils on the rheological parameters of bentonite greases,including thixotropy,storage modulus,and etc.The results show the higher the base oil viscosity,the more stable of the gel system of grease is.The bentonite greases prepared by naphthenic base oil have higher structural strength than that by paraffin base oil although two base oils have similar viscosity.Rheological performance of the bentonite grease is obviously affected by temperature.At low temperature,the thixotropic hysteresis loop area,the storage modulus of yield point and flow point of the bentonite grease is larger than that of high temperature.Therefore,the bentonite greases have greater elastic potential at low temperature than at high temperature,and they are more easily changed into a flow system with increasing of temperature.
