    摘要:

    为改善加工零件表面质量,针对精密车削加工的要求,结合静压气体轴承,设计一种新型气悬浮主轴。建立该系统结构的设计模型,整体系统布局采用圆柱径向和平面止推气体轴承相结合的支撑结构。通过表压比法确定了该结构的偏心率值,利用FLUENT软件验证该值的合理性;在ANSYS Workbench中建立主轴转子的有限元模型,对设计转速进行模态分析和验证。结果表明:设计的主轴转速能够有效避开共振区,保证主轴运转稳定,减小加工误差。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the surface quality of machined parts,combining with aerostatic bearings;a novel air bearing spindle system was designed to meet the requirement for precision turning.A general design model of the system structure was established.The overall of spindle system uses aerostatic supporting structure combined with cylindrical radial and plane thrust bearing.The eccentricity value of the structure was determined by gauge ratio method,and the rationality of this value was verified by the FLUENT software.The finite element model of spindle rotor was established and simulated in ANSYS Workbench to verify the design speed.The result shows that the designed spindle speed can effectively avoid the resonance area, to ensure stable operation of the spindle and reduce the processing error of parts. 
