    摘要:

    采用隐式应力积分塑性理论,建立一个能够考虑超弹性NiTi合金相变行为的本构模型。该模型利用VonMises等效应力面构建记忆合金的相变面,描述记忆合金在力载荷驱动下的相变行为,并通过试验进行验证。研究表明,所建立模型能很好描述温度相关应力所引起马氏体的相变行为,同时对马氏体的逆相变行为也能进行合理地描述。

    Abstract:

    A phase transformation behavior under the force driven of shape memory alloy was described by the phase transition surface constructed by the VonMises equivalent stress surface.By using the implicit stress integration,a constitutive model considering phase transformation behavior of superelastic NiTi memory alloys was established based on the generalized plastic theory,which was verified by experiments.The results show that the model can describe stress induced martensitic transformation with the temperature dependent,and also can give a reasonable description of the behavior of Martensite and its reverse phase transformation.
