    摘要:

    采用钠化剂NaF、NaCl、Na2CO3对膨润土进行钠化改性,进一步采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)、十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1827)、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(1631)对膨润土进行有机改性,考察膨润土的钠化和有机改性的条件,探讨膨润土润滑脂的制备工艺。结果表明:2%~3% Na2CO3在60 ℃~80 ℃下钠化30~60 min的效果较好;采用十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)或十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1827)与十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(1631)复合改性都取得良好效果。利用改性膨润土作为稠化剂制备的润滑脂具有良好的高温性、胶体安定性、机械安定性、防锈抗腐性、抗水性和极压抗磨性。

    Abstract:

    Sodium modification of bentonite was investigated by use of NaF,NaCl,Na2CO3,and organic modification of bentonite was investigated by use of octadearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (1831),octadearyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1827) and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (1631).Conditions of sodium and organic modification were studied,the technology of preparing bentonite grease were examined.The results show that the sodium modification effect is better under the condition of Na2CO3 content 2% to 3% ,the temperature between 60 ℃ and 80 ℃,the time between 30 minute and 60 minute.The onganic modification effect by 1831 or 1827 blending with 1631 is better.The bentonite greases prepared by modified bentonite possess good properties,such as high temperature property,colloidal stability,mechanic stability,antirustproperty,anticorrosion propert,waterproof property,extreme pressure and antiwear property.
