    摘要:

    为研究磁场对含丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)润滑油摩擦学性能的影响,用改进后的四球摩擦磨损试验机考察有无磁场条件下T202在150SN基础油中的摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对比分析试件磨斑表面形貌及其典型元素的化学状态,并初步探讨摩擦机制。摩擦学性能测试结果表明,磁场条件下测得的摩擦因数和磨斑直径均比无磁场时小;XPS分析表明,含T202润滑油润滑时磨痕表面发生了复杂的摩擦化学反应,磁场有利于T202中S、O、P、Zn元素与金属表面的结合,促进了金属表面化学反应膜的生成和对金属表面的改性而起到润滑增效的作用。

    Abstract:

    To study the effect of magnetic field on the tribological properties of lubricating oils containing zinc butyloctyldithiophosphate(T202),an improved fourball tester was used to evaluate the tribological properties of T202 in the base oil of 150SN under magnetic and nonmagnetic field.The morphologies and the chemical states of several typical elements on the worn surfaces were examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the preliminary tribological mechanism was discussed.The friction and wear test results indicate that the wear scar diameter and friction coefficient under magnetic field is all smaller than those in nonmagnetic condition.The XPS results indicate that complicated friction chemistry reaction occurs on the surface of worn surface lubricated with the lubricants containing T202,and magnetic field has positive effects on the combination of S,O,P and Zn elements with metal surface,which contributes to the forming of tribochemical film and the modification of worn surface,thus enhancing the lubrication effect.
