小孔斜度对车厢气膜减阻效果的模拟实验研究

    摘要:

    针对厢式运输车的减阻问题,采用厢体表面气膜减阻的方法,并通过模拟风阻测试试验探讨小孔斜度对厢体气膜减阻效果的影响。在主流速度25 m/s、渗流速度3 m/s条件下,分别对厢体表面具有15°、30°、45°、60°和90°五种不同小孔斜度的厢体模型在可变风速测阻装置中进行风阻模拟测试。结果表明,厢体的气膜减阻率随着小孔斜度的增大而逐渐增大,当小孔斜度为90°时,可以取得5324%的最大减阻率。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of drag reduction on the van,the air film drag reduction method was adopted on the van body surface,and the influence on air film drag reduction effect by different hole inclinations on the van body surface was discussed by simulating the wind resistance test experiments.Under the condition of the mainstream velocity of 25 m/s and the flow velocity of 3m/s,the wind resistance simulation test was conducted for the van models with different hole inclinations such as 15°,30°,45°,60° and 90°on the van body surface in the variable wind speed resistance measurement device.The results show that the air film drag reduction rate of the van is increased gradually along with the increasing of hole inclinations,when the hole inclination is 90°,it can get the maximum drag reduction rate of 5324%.
