    摘要:

    针对高铁动车组牵引系统中齿轮箱润滑油中硫元素损失较快的问题,通过极压作用下含硫添加剂损失试验和高温状态下含硫添加剂损失试验,得到不同负载和温度作用下润滑油添加剂的作用情况,分析润滑油添添加剂的损失原因。结果表明:齿轮油中的含硫极压剂主要成分为多硫化物,且以二硫化物和三硫化物为主,随着压力的增大,多硫化物会附着在摩擦副表面形成滑动层从而降低摩擦因数,多硫化物形成的滑动层比较稳定,不容易损耗;润滑油使用过程中,极压剂中硫被消耗,一部分附着在齿轮表面,一部分生成气体排出,当齿轮箱内温度升高到90 ℃以上时,硫的消耗会更快。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the rapid loss issue of sulfur element in the gear box lubricants of the traction system of high speed EMU.The action of lubricating oil additives on the metal surface was studied through sulfur additive loss testing under extreme pressure and high temperature conditions,and the reason of sulfur additive loss in the lubricating oils was analyzed.The results show that the major components in sulfur extreme pressure agent are polysulfide,majorly as disulphide and trisulfide.With the increasing of pressure,polysulfide will adhere on the friction surface to form sliding layer for reducing the friction coefficient.The sliding layer formed by polysulfide is relatively stable which is hard to be worn.During the using process for lubrication oils,the sulfur in the extreme pressure agent is consumed,a part of it is attached on the surface of gear while another part is discharged after becoming gas.When the temperature is higher than 90 ℃ in gear box,the consumption of sulfur will become faster.
