    摘要:

    利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟和分析旋转轴唇形油封在静态和动态2种状态下的密封性能。通过轴向推动建模方法,建立静态条件下油封的二维有限元模型,并分别对有无弹簧2种情况下的过盈量、弹簧劲度系数及理论接触宽度对油封静态密封指标接触压力和接触宽度的影响进行分析。在动态条件下建立油封的三维有限元模型,并分析旋转轴转速和唇口与轴之间的摩擦因数对油封摩擦力和摩擦扭矩的影响。分析结果表明,过盈量相同的情况下,带弹簧的油封密封性能高于不带弹簧的油封,且油封的密封性能随弹簧劲度系数的增加而提高,随理论接触宽度的增大而降低;密封的摩擦扭矩随摩擦因数的增加而增大,但轴的转速变化对其影响不大。

    Abstract:

    The sealing performance of rotary shaft lip seal under both static and dynamic states were simulated and analyzed using ABAQUS software.The twodimensional finite element model for oil seal under static conditions was established through the modeling method of axial pushing,and the effect of the interference fit,the spring stiffness coefficient and the theory contact width with or without spring on the static sealing index such as contact pressure and contact width were also analyzed.The threedimensional finite element model for oil seal under dynamic conditions was established,and the influences of the rotational speed and the friction coefficient between the lip and the shaft on the friction force and friction torque of oil seal were analyzed.Analysis results show that with the same interference fit,the sealing performance of oil seal with spring is higher than that without spring,and the sealing performance is improved along with the increasing of spring stiffness coefficient,but reduced with the theory contact width increasing;the friction torque for seal is increased with the increasing of friction coefficient,but is not affected by the changing shaft speed.
