    采用耗散型石英晶体微天平(QCM-D)研究3种发动机油(SN 5W-40级别)在不锈钢表面的吸附行为,并与基础油进行比较。结果发现,基础油在不锈钢表面很快达到吸附平衡,吸附层为黏弹性薄膜,在正庚烷冲洗后吸附层全部脱附;发动机油中的添加剂明显增加了其与不锈钢之间的吸附作用,随着时间的增长,吸附层的质量不断增加,形成的吸附层也为黏弹性薄膜,在正庚烷冲洗后吸附层部分脱附,逐渐形成了稳定的吸附层,此吸附层仍为黏弹性薄膜。研究样品含量、温度以及进样速度对吸附过程的影响。结果表明,饱和吸附质量和冲洗后达到稳定吸附时的吸附质量均与样品含量成正比;温度的升高不利于样品在不锈钢晶片表面的吸附,但有利于冲洗过程的脱附,温度越高,脱附率越高;进样速度对吸附过程的影响并不显著。

    Abstract:

    The adsorption behavior of engine oil (Grade SN 5W-40) on the stainless steel surface was studied using Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation Monitoring (QCMD),and was compared with that of base oil.It is found that the adsorption equilibrium can be quickly established on the stainless steel surface by base oil,and the adlayer is viscoelastic film and is desorbed completely after rinsing using nheptane.The adsorption between engine oil and stainless steel surface is enhanced by the additives in the engine oil,and the mass of adlayer is increased along with the adsorption time.The formed adlayer by the engine oil is viscoelastic film and is partly desorbed after rinsing using nheptane,and then the stable viscoelastic adlayer is formed.The effect of concentration,temperature and injection rate of the engine oil on the adsorption process was investigated.The results show that the mass of saturated adsorption and the stable adsorption mass after rinsing are proportional to the concentration of engine oil.The increase of temperature is unfavorable to the adsorption,but it is beneficial to the desorption of engine oil on the rinsing process,and the desorption rate becomes higher as increasing temperature.The effect of the injection rate of engine oil on adsorption process is not obvious.
