    摘要:

    密封可靠性及安全服役需要各类预测、检测、预防、分析、诊断等方法和技术,对减轻密封失效率和危害度有重要意义。橡塑密封(密封件、液态密封等)是随整机或部件的发展而不断发展的。针对密封产业质量技术基础和对安全节能的新需求,研究密封件和橡塑密封可靠性与完整性理论与实践的特征;以油气资源勘探开发、输送加工过程的密封完整性技术为例,分析橡塑密封系统智能、绿色化设计控制的核心技术;展望密封完整性研究方向。

    Abstract:

    It is essential to study the predicting,detecting,preventing,evaluating,diagnosis capabilities and other techniques,in order to reduce the failure rate and potential hazard for the sealing systems.To develop advanced sealing materials and products to meet the requirement of harsh conditions,which is critical for the full lifecycle safety of key industries,major projects and equipment.Facing with the new challenges on the quality technology,safety,and lowemission industry,the integrity and reliability theory of rubber & plastic seals was studied.Taking an example on sealing integrity of the oil & gas industry,including the exploitation,transportation,and processing equipment,the intelligent and green method of design control techniques was analyzed.The research direction of sealing integrity and reliability is prospected.
