    摘要:

    针对柔片式密封系统中柔片变形对密封性能的影响,建立密封区域的流体动力学模型以及基于弹性柔片小挠度弯曲变形的微分方程,并进行ANSYS单向耦合仿真计算,分析不同工况和结构参数对柔片变形和密封性能的影响。结果表明:柔片变形和密封泄漏量随密封压差的增大呈增长趋势;密封压差、柔片尺寸以及背板-柔片间隙对柔片变形和密封泄漏量影响较大;增加背板-转子/柔片间距会使得柔片变形相对初始安装位置呈逐渐上浮趋势,密封泄漏量随之增加

    Abstract:

    A hydrodynamic model of the sealing area and elastic leaf bending differential equations were established to study the leaf deformation and its influence on sealing performance.Through unidirectional fluidsolid coupling simulation and calculation by ANSYS,the effects of different working conditions and structural parameters on the sealing performance and leaf deformation were analyzed.The results show that the leakage and leaf deformation are increased linearly with the sealing pressure.Sealing pressure,leaf size and back plateleaf gap have greater influence on leaf deformation and sealing performance.The increase of the gap between back plane and rotor or leaf can appropriately increase leakage by greatly making the leaf ends float.
