    以膨润土为催化剂合成大豆油(SO) 基高黏度聚合油,同时在SO中加入桐油(TO),考察TO对聚合反应的影响,并研究SO和TO合成的植物油基STO聚合油的理化性能及摩擦学特性。结果表明,聚合SO的最优条件为:膨润土催化剂和助催化剂LiCl的质量分数分别为6%和0.6%,反应温度为305℃,反应时间为6h;TO脂肪酸中含有的共轭三烯酸为DielsAlder反应提供了二烯体,促进了STO聚合反应,缩短产物达到所需黏度的时间;STO聚合油的黏度指数与低温流动性能均优于同黏度级别矿物油,承载能力和抗磨性能高于同黏度级别矿物油,在低于294 N载荷条件下减摩性能优于同黏度级别矿物油。

    Abstract:

    Polymerized oil with high viscosity were synthesized by polymerization of soybean oil (SO) with catalyst of bentonite.Tung oil(TO) was added into SO and the effect of TO on the polymerization reaction was studied.The physical and chemical properties of vegetable oil based polymerization oil from SO and TO were studied.The results show that the optimal conditions of SO polymerization are that the mass fraction of bentonite catalyst and LiCl cocatalyst is 6% and 0.6%,respectively,the reaction temperature and time is 305 ℃and 6 h.The conjugated triene acid contained in the fatty acid of TO can promote the polymerization of STO and shortens the time that the polymerized oil reaches the desired viscosity.Compared with the mineral oils with the same viscosity grade,STO polymerization oil has better viscosity index and low temperature flow performance,higher carrying capacity and better antiwear performance,and a more superior frictionreducing performance at the load of less than 294 N.
