    摘要:

    镁铝尖晶石具有化学稳定性好,耐磨、耐腐蚀、热膨胀系数小,绝缘性能好的特点,利用微磨损试验机在不同润滑条件下对多孔结构镁铝尖晶石的摩擦学性能进行测试,并用扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对其磨损表面形貌进行观察。结果表明:MgAl2O4陶瓷微磨损条件下的磨损机制为脆性剥落和黏着磨损;多孔MgAl2O4陶瓷在与氮化硅球对摩过程中发生了元素迁移;多孔MgAl2O4陶瓷的孔隙结构可以储存润滑介质,在摩擦磨损过程中起到自润滑作用;与干摩擦相比,聚α烯烃(PAO油)润滑和含有碳纳米管的聚α烯烃(PAO+CNT)润滑介质的加入可以有效起到减磨作用,特别是润滑介质为PAO+CNT膏状润滑剂时,减磨效果更为明显,平均摩擦因数由干摩擦时的0.646下降至0.124,下降幅度达到80.8%。

    Abstract:

    Spinel has good chemical stability,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,low thermal expansion coefficient,good insulation properties.The tribological performance of the porous structure of the spinel was tested under different lubrication conditions with the micro wear test machine,and the wear surface was observed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The results show that the micro wear mechanism of MgAl2O4 ceramic is mainly brittle spalling and adhesive wear,there is element migration in sliding process between porous MgAl2O4 ceramics and Si3N4 ball.The pore structure of MgAl2O4 ceramic can play a role in storing lubricant,so that porous MgAl2O4ceramic has the selflubricating function in the process of friction and wear.Comparison with dry friction,the friction coefficient can be effectively reduced by the lubricants of poly alpha olefin (PAO oil) and the PAO oil containing carbon nanotubes poly alpha olefin (PAO+CNT).The friction reducing effect is more obvious by PAO+CNT lubricant,the average friction coefficient is decreased to 0.124 from 0.646 in dry friction,and the falling proportion reaches 80.8%.
