    摘要:

    基于计算机流动力学(CFD)理论,应用FLUENT软件,建立新型推力滑动轴承油膜润滑模型并进行仿真计算,研究油膜厚度、瓦块倾斜角度及环型油槽位置等因素对新型斜面推力轴承承载性能的影响规律。分析结果表明:新型推力滑动轴承承载力随油膜厚度的减小而增大,且油膜厚度越小,承载力提高越显著;在承载油膜厚度不变时,轴承承载力及油膜压力峰值均随轴瓦倾角的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化规律;环形油槽位置外移轴承承载力增加,合理的环形油槽位置对承载力提高影响显著。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD),the oil film lubrication model was built and simulated by FLUENT software.The effects of oil film thickness,inclined angle of pads,position of annular oil groove on load capacity of a new type thrust bearing were analyzed.The results show that the load capacity of the new type thrust bearing is increased with the decrease of the oil film thickness,and the thinner the oil film thickness is,the more remarkable the increasing of bearing capacity.When the oil film thickness is a constant,both the load capacity and peak pressure are increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the inclined angle of pads.The load capacity is increased when the position of annular oil groove moves outward,and the reasonable position of annular oil groove can increase the load capacity of a new type thrust bearing significantly.
