    摘要:

    综述近年来国内外对石墨烯类纳米材料作为添加剂在油润滑、水润滑、减摩复合材料、脂润滑等方面的研究成果,分析石墨烯类纳米添加剂对材料摩擦学性能的影响,总结其摩擦磨损机制,并指出石墨烯类作为高性能润滑添加剂未来的研究方向,包括石墨烯的可控改性处理、石墨烯类添加剂在润滑介质中最佳添加量及分散稳定性的影响因素、石墨烯类添加剂与润滑剂间的摩擦化学机制及与其他纳米添加剂的协同作用机制、石墨烯类添加剂在摩擦过程中形成保护膜的机制。

    Abstract:

    The research results of graphene nano material as additive in lubricating oil,water,antifriction composites,lubricating grease in recent years were viewed.The influence of graphene nano additive on the tribological properties of materials was analyzed,the friction and wear mechanism was summarized.It was pointed out that the future research direction of graphene as high performance lubricating additives,including controllable graphene modification,the factors that influence the optimum amount of graphene additives in lubricating medium and the dispersion stability were studied,the tribological and chemical mechanism between grapheme additive and lubricants and the mechanism of synergistic effect between grapheme additive and other nano additives,and the mechanism of graphene additive to form a protective film in the friction process.
