Abstract:The elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) model of the textured surface under periodic vibration loads was established.The EHL performance of the textured surface with different texture parameters was studied by numerical methods.The results show that the EHL effect of the textured surface friction pair is identical.The change rule of the average friction coefficient with the texture diameter,depth,density is basically the same at the moment of a vibration load cycle.When the textured surface is subjected to external vibration load,there exists the optimum values for the texture diameter,depth and density parameters to make the textured surface have the minimum average friction coefficient and the optimal lubricating effect.
