    摘要:

    采用有限元计算软件ANSYS,对冲击载荷下水润滑橡胶艉轴承的谐响应特性进行分析,研究轴承结构、材料属性如橡胶硬度、板条数目、内衬厚度及衬套材料等对水润滑橡胶艉轴承动态特性的影响规律及影响程度。结果表明:橡胶硬度和内衬厚度的增加可使内衬的应变和应力大幅度减小,橡胶板条数目的增加也可使内衬的应变和应力相应地减小,而衬套材料的改变对内衬的应变几乎没有影响,但应力会有所降低。因此,通过增加橡胶的硬度、板条的数目、内衬的厚度可提高水润滑橡胶艉轴承抗冲击的效果。

    Abstract:

    The harmonic response characteristics of water lubricated rubber stern bearing under shock load were analyzed by using the finite element computation software ANSYS.The influence rule and influence degree on the dynamic characteristic of water lubricated rubber stern bearing by the structure of bearing and the properties of material were studied,such as rubber hardness,the number of panels,the thickness of lining and the material of bushing.Results show that the increase of rubber hardness and lining thickness can greatly reduce the strain and stress of the lining,and the increase of the number of rubber panels can also reduce the strain and stress of the lining,however,except for a slight decrease in stress,the changing of bushing material has little influence on the strain of the lining.Therefore,the effect of shock resistant of water lubricated rubber stern bearing can be improved by increasing the rubber hardness,the number of panels and the thickness of lining.
