    摘要:

    基于摩擦自激振动可能导致车轮多边形磨耗的观点,建立由1个轮对和2根钢轨组成的轮轨系统摩擦自激振动模型,应用有限元软件ABAQUS提供的复特征值功能分析该模型的摩擦自激振动发生趋势,讨论摩擦因数、扣件刚度、阻尼对摩擦自激振动发生趋势的影响。结果显示,随着摩擦因数的减小和扣件阻尼的增大,轮轨系统摩擦自激振动发生趋势减小,而仅通过改变扣件刚度不能达到抑制车轮多边形磨耗的目的。根据仿真结果,指出减小摩擦因数和增大扣件阻尼是可行的控制车轮多边形磨耗的措施。

    Abstract:

    A frictioninduced selfexcited vibration model of a wheelsettrack system composed of a wheelset and two rails was established based on the viewpoint that the frictioninduced selfexcited vibration may lead to wheel polygonalization.A complex eigenvalue analysis provided by ABAQUS was conducted to study the trend of the frictioninduced selfexcited vibration.Some factors influencing the frictioninduced selfexcited vibration were researched,including the stiffness and damping values of fastener and the friction coefficient between the wheel and rail.The results show that the trend of the frictioninduced selfexcited vibration of wheelsettrack system is decreased with the decreasing of the friction coefficient and the increasing of the damping of fasteners.According to the simulation results,it was pointed out that the feasible measurements to control wheel polygonalization is to reduce the friction coefficient or increase the damping of the rail fastener.
