There is a large energy and time consuming when heating the whole tank of highviscosity cylinder oil to the temperature of easy transportation.According to the characteristics that the hot oil always floats up and gathers on the liquid surface duo to the density decreasing of highviscosity cylinder oil when heating and the oil temperature on the liquid surface is always the highest,the oil suction port of the pump was designed to float near the liquid surface,so as to realize the rapid acquisition of the hot oil.The rapid acquisition mechanism of hot oil was designed,and two floating balls were used to drive the magnetdriving leading aluminum frame to open the inlet near the liquid surface for the hot oil,so the purpose of fast acquiring hot oil from large capacity oil tank was realized.Experimental results prove that the valve cores of the mechanism can shift without any impacts.The mechanism runs smoothly and the performance meets the design requirements.
