Abstract:L-CKD150 lubricant oil and compound lithium lubrication grease are widely used in the lubrication and wear reducing of the oil and gas equipment. To investigate the influence difference of L-CKD150 lubricant oil and compound lithium lubrication grease on tribological properties and wear mechanism of friction pairs, the tribology experiments were carried out under different contact pressure and linear velocity as well as different lubrication condition by using pinondisc friction pair of MMW-1 vertical universal tribometer. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the wear mechanism of pindisc friction surface is mainly abrasive wear, accompanying by adhesive wear.Compared with L-CKD150 lubrication, the adhesive wear of pindisc surface under compound lithium grease lubrication is more serious, which results in the increasing of the fluctuation amplitude of friction coefficient, and the maximum fluctuation amplitude is 37 times of that under L-CKD150 lubrication. The abrasive wear of disc specimen surface is related to the contact pressure, under the contact pressure of 0.5 MPa,the abrasive wear of disc specimen surface is more serious when lubricated by LCKD150,while under the contact pressure of 1.5 MPa,the abrasive wear is more serious when lubricated by compound lithium grease, and abrasive wear is the main factors to influence the wear loss of pin specimens
