    摘要:

    为提高制动闸片试验台的适用性和使用的方便性,在Windows平台下,利用VC++2010,开发适用于高速列车制动闸片性能试验台的测控软件,实现对设备的控制、数据的采集以及报表的输出等功能。通过建立转速和模拟电压信号的关系,提出速度-电压信号的触发判定准则,解决制动启动速度重复精度差的问题。通过引入高速数据采集模块,克服试验过程中实时信息显示滞后、数据采集连续性差的不足。利用vector模板类具有自动扩充、方便数据管理的优点,设计数据读取、报告输出模块,实现任意试验数据的组合,构成试验数据及复合曲线的输出模式。设备运行结果表明:通过友好的参数设定界面操作后,无需人为干涉,测控软件自动控制设备完成全部的试验检测任务,结果输出利于进行摩擦材料配方筛选。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the applicability and the conveniences of the brake dynamometer for the highspeed train,the measurement and control software for the brake pad performance testing was developed with VC++2010 on Microsoft Windows platforms,in which the device control,the data acquisition and the test report output were realized.According to the equation considering the analog voltage and the rotate speed,the principles of triggering braking were defined to improve the precision of the repetitive initial braking speed.The disadvantages of realtime information displaying lagging behind and data collection with low continuity were overcome by high speed data acquisition module.C++ template class vector,characterized by autoincrement and convenient data management,was used in the data acquisition and report exportation modules to group any test data file and export combined curves.Longterm debugging and running proves that the software developed works well in automatic braking test after operation on the parameters setting panel.
