    摘要:

    采用316L环块和40CrMo圆盘试样组成环块-盘摩擦副进行旋转摩擦试验,研究摩擦过程中40CrMo盘试样的摩擦表面磁化现象,探讨滑动速度、载荷对摩擦磁化的影响。结果表明,载荷较大时,随着滑动速度的增大,摩擦表面磁场逐渐增大;随着载荷的增加,摩擦近表面温度迅速上升,摩擦热引发的消磁现象越发明显,摩擦表面磁场增量出现先增后减的变化规律;载荷较大时,摩擦近表面温度会超过150 ℃后,导致摩擦表面的切向磁场增量减小,甚至出现负值。

    Abstract:

    The block specimen (316L) and the disk specimen (40CrMo) which constituted a blockondisk friction pair was used for the rotating friction test.The phenomenon of tribomagnetization of the 40CrMo disk specimen was discussed.The effects of the sliding speed and load on the tribomagnetization of the disk were investigated.The results show that as the sliding speed increases,the magnetic field of friction surface is gradually increased under heavy load.With the increase of load,the temperature of friction near surface rises rapidly,the demagnetization phenomenon caused by frictional heat is more obvious,and the increment of magnetic field on the friction surface is increased firstly and then decreased.Under heavy load,the temperature of friction near surface will exceed 150 ℃,which causes that the increment of tangential magnetic field is decreased or even becomes negative value on the friction surface.
