Abstract:In order to determine the influence of different scanning speed on the temperature field of laser remelted cermet coating,and the Fe40+Ni60+35WC cermet coating was prepared by supersonic plasma spraying.The temperature field of laser remelting process was simulated by using ANSYS software under different scanning speed to analyze the heating and cooling law of temperature field in laser remelting process.The temperature field of laser remelting process at different scanning speed was also determined by experiments.The results show that laser remelting is a thermal quenching process,and the temperature gradient of the front center of the spot is greater than that of the backside of the spot,so the laser scanning speed has a significant effect on the temperature field of the remelted layer.When the scanning speed is low,the heating time,the energy absorption and the depth of the molten pool will increase,resulting in a rise in dilution,and when the scanning speed is too high,the internal heat of the material is insufficient,so that the refractory phase in the coating cannot be fully melted,and the remaining undissolved particles and the produced porosity lead to the increase of voids and cracks,so a appropriate scanning speed should be choosen.The reliability and accuracy of the temperature field model were verified by experimental measurement and analysis of the remelting layer temperature.
