    摘要:

    针对某火电厂单级高速离心式鼓风机低速端滑动轴承梳齿迷宫密封存在漏油问题,根据密封要求及现场工况条件,提出采用磁力机械密封替换原有梳齿迷宫密封。根据密封要求,对磁力机械密封进行理论研究和结构设计。实际运行表明,设计的磁力机械密封能满足离心式鼓风机低速端滑动轴承的密封要求,解决了设备的漏油问题。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the oil leakage problem of the sliding bearing comb labyrinth seal for the single stage high speed centrifugal blower in the coalfired power plant,according to the sealing requirements and the field working conditions,a magnetic mechanical seal was used to replace the original comb labyrinth seal.The theory calculation and structure design of the magnetic mechanical seal were carried out based on the sealing requirements.The actual operation shows that the designed magnetic mechanical seal can meet the sealing requirements of the sliding bearing of the single stage high speed centrifugal blower and solve the oil leakage problem of the equipment.
