    摘要:

    针对微型轴承动态摩擦力矩极小、影响因素多、难以准确和长时期测量的问题,根据平衡力矩法的测试原理,利用高速电主轴驱动技术和采用精密天平测试技术,研制一种微型轴承动态摩擦力矩试验机。该试验机具有对轴承施加轴向预载荷、径向载荷、实时调整转速等功能,可以真实模拟微型轴承的具体工况,进而可以测得不同工况条件下运转过程中轴承内部的动态摩擦力矩。经实际试验和使用证明,该试验机简单有效、测量精度高,可以长时间进行测量,适合用于模拟分析不同工况条件下以及整个寿命周期内轴承内部的动态摩擦力矩。

    Abstract:

    The dynamic friction torque of micro bearings is very small and has lots of influence factors,so it is difficult to measure accurately and chronically.According to the principle of torque balance,the test machine of the friction torque of micro bearings was developed by using the technology of highspeed spindle and precisionbalance measurement.The test machine is able to apply axial and radial load to micro bearings and simulate the actual conditions of micro bearings.It can truly reflect the dynamic friction torque of micro bearings during operation.The test proves that the test machine is simple,effective and has higher accuracy.And it can be used to measure the dynamic friction torque of micro bearings for a long time.Meanwhile it can be used to simulate and analyze the dynamic friction torque of the micro bearings under different working conditions and the whole life cycle.
