    多孔质材料用作多孔质节流器通常要经过加工处理,为了探究多孔质气浮轴承的合理制造工艺以及多孔材料的孔隙结构和渗透率随着不同加工状态的变化,研究加工工艺对多孔材料孔隙结构的影响,分析并测试加工过程中多孔材料的渗透率大小及均匀性,并对制成的气浮轴承进行静态性能测试。结果表明:普通的机械加工如车削和磨削均会让多孔材料的表面堵塞,而腐蚀和研磨加工是恢复多孔材料渗透性的常用方法,其中研磨是使多孔材料满足要求的最佳工艺;不同粒径大小的研磨液对多孔材料渗透率的恢复程度不同,多次研磨后的渗透率要大于单次研磨的渗透率,表明通过研磨工艺可以主动控制多孔材料的渗透性能,制造出性能优良的多孔质气浮轴承。

    Abstract:

    Porous material is usually processed before applied as porous restrictor.In order to explore the reasonable mechanical processing method of porous air bearing and the variation of pore structure and permeability during the mechanical processing,the influence of mechanical processing method on porous material’s pore structure was studied,the value and uniformity of porous material’s permeability were analyzed and measured during the mechanical processing.The static performance of manufactured porous air bearing was also tested.The results indicate that general machining such as turning and grinding will make the porous material’s surface blocked,the common methods to recover the permeability include corrosion and lapping.The lapping is the optimum process to meet the requirements of porous materials.The permeability recovery degree is associated with the particle size of lapping fluid,and the permeability after repeated lapping is larger than that after single lapping,which indicates that the permeability of porous material can be controlled by lapping method to obtain excellent porous air bearing.
