    摘要:

    油液监测诊断的本质是面向识别任务的多源信息处理过程,随着润滑摩擦系统的复杂化和精细化,传统阈值和专家经验已难以满足故障诊断需求,应用模式识别理论来进行故障判决成为油液监测故障诊断的重要发展方向。从特征提取理论和故障模式判决理论两方面入手,简述油液监测故障模式识别理论的发展现状,分析各种理论方法的特点,并指出油液监测故障模式识别理论的发展趋势和面临的问题。

    Abstract:

    The essence of oil monitoring and fault diagnosis is a multisource information processing process for recognition tasks.With the lubrication and friction systems becoming more complicated and sophisticated,traditional thresholds and expert experience have difficulty in meeting fault diagnosis requirements,the fault classification methods by pattern recognition theories have become an important development direction of oil fault diagnosis.The development actuality of pattern recognition theories for oil monitoring was briefly described from two aspects of feature extraction theories and fault mode judgment theories.The characteristics of various theories were analyzed,and the development trend and problems of pattern recognition theories for oil monitoring were pointed out.
