    摘要:

    起落架密封技术是起落架设计过程中最重要的环节之一,但目前国内并没有专门针对起落架密封的相关资料,设计人员往往根据相关经验来设计密封,在载荷、截面、材料变化后不能保证安全可靠。介绍起落架密封装置的工作原理;介绍V形密封圈、O形密封圈、三角断面密封圈、山形密封圈、格莱圈与斯特封、VL形圈6种目前已在起落架上实际应用的密封结构,分析其性能特点、具体构成以及使用条件,并比较其综合性能;以国内某型飞机和MD-82作为实例介绍密封件的具体应用方式,旨在为起落架密封设计和选型提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The landing gear seal technology is one of the most important parts in the design of the landing gear.However,because there is no specific literature on the landing gear sealing technology at present,the designers usually design the seal components based on the design experience,and the safety and reliability of the landing gear cannot be guaranteed after load,size and material changed.The working principle of the sealing device of the landing gear was introduced.Then several kinds of seal structures which have been successfully applied in the landing gear were discussed,including Vtype seal,Oseal,Yamagataseal,glydring,stepseal and VLseal.Their performance characteristics,specific composition and working conditions were analyzed,and the comprehensive performances of these sealing structures were compared.Taking X aircraft and MD82 as examples,the concrete application modes of seal components were introduced,which provided reference for the design and selection of landing gear seal.
