In order to meet the requirement of automatic throttle actuator constant friction torque and improve the safety and reliability of airborne equipment,a constant torque friction damper was designed.β-Si3N4 whisker enhanced copper and ceramic coated structural steel were used as the material of friction pairs,and the surface of friction pairs were designed into a certain concave convex structure to realize the stability of the human sensedamping and clutch function.The test results show that the constant torque friction damper can obtain different friction torque and can keep stable friction torque and friction coefficient,so as to improve the life,safety and reliability of airborne equipment.
