    摘要:

    结焦是导热油相关设备在运行过程中最常遇到的问题,结焦物引起管路堵塞、传热效率下降、管路变形甚至管路爆裂引发起火事故等。以某石化公司的聚丙烯挤压机为例,介绍导热油结焦相关的油品理化指标及结焦物的成分判定,指出聚丙烯挤压机的结焦是由于油膜处温度明显高出监测温度及导热油流速过慢导致的。分析导热油结焦引发的隐患和危害,并阐述导热油及其设备健康状态维护的方法。

    Abstract:

    Coking is a frequently happened phenomenon of heat transfer oil.The coking may cause blockage of pipe,decrease of heat transfer efficiency,even fire due to pipe burst.The physicochemical index and chemical composition of coking were introduced.It was pointed out that the coking of polypropylene extruder is due to the temperature of the oil film is obvious high the monitoring temperature and the flow velocity of heat transfer oil is too slow.The hazards caused by coking of heat transfer oil were analyzed,and the health state maintenance methods of heat transfer oil and relative equipments were discussed.
