Abstract:Taking the hydrodynamic sliding bearing as the object of study,based on the hydrodynamic lubrication principle,the oil film mathematical model of circular microdimple textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing was established,and the correction formula of textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing oil film thickness was derived and applied to solve the Reynolds equation by finite difference method.The influence of full texture and texturing parameters (spacing and depth) on the circumferential pressure distribution in the hydrodynamic sliding bearing was analyzed.The results show that the full texture distribution on the bearing will lead to the change of oil film pressure.The influence of the texture at different position on the oil film pressure of circular microdimple textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing is different,when the texture is located in the pressure rising zone,the hydrodynamic sliding bearing has a perfect lubrication and bearing capacity,however,the texture at the decompresssion zone of bearing and the full texture of bearing are unfavorable to bearing load.
