    摘要:

    分析炼油厂催化裂化装置存在的主风机电机滑动轴承油封泄漏故障问题,指出油封体、油封和拉紧拉簧材质不能满足要求,以及轴瓦与油封间油流量过大是造成油封泄漏大的主要原因。通过改善油封体、油封和拉紧拉簧材质,以及改善油封结构,如在油封的前端加上一道挡油环、调整轴瓦与油封间的间隙等,解决了电机油封泄漏问题。

    Abstract:

    The problem of leakage existed in the main air blower motor oil seal in heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit was analyzed,the main reasons that caused the large leakage of the oil seal were pointed out,such that the materials of the oil seal body,the oil seal and the tension spring can not meet the requirements,the oil flow between the bush and the oil seal is too large.Through improving the materials of the oil seal body,the oil seal and the tension spring,and improving the oil seal structure such as designing an oil retaining ring in the front end of the oil seal and adjusting the clearance between the bush and the oil seal,the problem of leakage of the motor oil seal was solved.
