    摘要:

    针对某型号汽油机在排气歧管裂纹试验中出现的排气歧管-增压器结合面废气泄漏问题,从试验运行条件、试验失效件着手,分析导致其密封失效的影响因素,并借助于Abaqus软件分析引起失效的根本原因。提出强化增压器结构和优化增压器垫片回弹性能的优化方案。结构优化后的增压器垫片及局部强化的增压器,通过了排气歧管裂纹试验考核,解决了漏气问题。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the exhaust gas leakage between the joint of exhaust manifold and turbocharger on one gasoline engine,the factors that may lead to the sealing failure were analyzed from test conditions and failed parts.The reason causing the sealing failure was analyzed by using Abaqus FEA software,and a new optimization schemes,including strengthening the structure of turbocharger and optimizing the springback performance of turbocharger gasket were put forward.The optimized gasket and turbocharger were validated to be remarkable,and the gas leakage problem was effectively solved.
