In order to solve the problem of the oil leakage during the work test of high and low temperature of a product,the low temperature performance of the sealing material nitrile rubber used in the product was studied under high temperature and low temperature conditions.Through the product test,high temperature test,low temperature test,high and low temperature transformation test and medium resistance test,the compressive cold resistance coefficient of nitrile rubber was tested,and the influence of high temperature and low temperature on the properties of rubber materials was investigated with the change of cold resistance coefficient.The results show that the nitrile rubber as a sealing material can not meet the sealing requirements of the product,resulting in leakage.
