    摘要:

    提出一种基于流变特性测试的润滑脂胶体分散体系性能评价方法,可实现润滑脂静态缠结、动态结构强度和结构恢复的系统评价。该方法综合采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和旋转流变仪的黏弹性测试实验探究润滑脂皂纤维结构及其缠结形态变化规律;采用旋转流变仪连续剪切模式下的控制应力实验考察润滑脂胶体分散体系结构强度;借助旋转流变仪振荡模式下的控制应力实验探究润滑脂结构恢复性能。通过对静态热处理后润滑脂样品性能评价的检验,验证了该方法能够较全面反映润滑脂胶体分散体系的性能变化情况。

    Abstract:

    An evaluation method of lubricating grease colloidal dispersion system properties was provided based on rheological behaviors,which could be systematically evaluated static entanglement,dynamic structural strength and recovery of grease colloidal dispersion system.In this evaluation method,the experiments of field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and rotational rheometer viscoelastic properties were combined to explore the variations of both structure and entanglement of lubricating grease fiber,the controlledstress test under rotational rheometer continuous shear condition was carried out to study the structural strength of grease colloidal dispersion system,and the controlledstress test under rotational rheometer oscillating shear condition was carried out to investigate the structural recovery.It is found that the evaluation method is able to express the variation of grease colloidal dispersion system well by means of the properties evaluation on two grease samples after being heated at different temperature.
