    摘要:

    为合理选用接触副材料以减缓钛合金的微动失效,采用SRV-IV微动摩擦磨损试验机,研究不同载荷条件下,摩擦配副材料GCr15和Si3N4对TC4钛合金微动磨损行为的影响。结果表明:较低载荷下选择高硬度的Si3N4陶瓷作为摩擦配副更理想,而高载荷下选择GCr15钢作为摩擦配副更理想;TC4钛合金与GCr15钢对磨的磨损机制为磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损,磨损率随载荷增大而减小;Si3N4/TC4组成的摩擦副对摩过程中,磨屑的形成过程伴随有硅的水化物产生,使形成的磨屑黏性增加,载荷较小时磨屑易粘结形成致密的第三体层覆盖在TC4钛合金表面,起润滑、承载和隔离摩擦副的作用,降低材料的磨损率;载荷较大时,第三体层在磨粒磨损和黏着磨损作用下从TC4钛合金表面脱落,摩擦副直接接触,磨损率升高。

    Abstract:

    The fretting wear tests of TC4 titanium alloy against GCr15 and Si3N4 were performed under different loads using an Optional SRV-IV oscillating wear tester,and the effect of counterpart materials on fretting wear behavior of TC4 titanium alloy was studied for the proper application of counterpart materials to reduce the fretting wear of TC4.The results show that it is better to choose Si3N4 ceramic with higher hardness as friction pairs of TC4 titanium alloy under low load,while it is more ideal to choose GCr15 steel as friction pair under high load.The wear mechanism of TC4 titanium alloy against GCr15 steel is abrasive wear and fatigue wear and the wear rate is decreased with the increasing of the load.During the friction process of TC4 titanium alloy against Si3N4 ceramic,the formation of wear debris is accompanied by the hydration of silicon,which increases the stickiness of wear debris.Under low load,the wear debris is easily bonded to form a dense third body covering on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy,which plays the role of lubrication,bearing and isolation of friction pairs.While under high load,the third body layer is unsticked from the surface of TC4 titanium alloy because of the abrasive wear and adhesive wear,and the friction coupling comes into contact with each other directly,which leads to the wear rate increase.
