    摘要:

    为了提高风机的可靠性,分析风机传动链状态监测技术与网络结构的现状,提出一种基于有线网络的状态监测系统,具有可靠性高,传输数据量大的特点。该系统融合了振动监测与油液监测2种在线实时监测技术,并结合SCADA数据,可提高对传动链潜伏故障和早期故障的诊断和预警准确率。该系统目前已经安装在了15 MW的双馈式风机上进行示范应用。在同一传动链上的多个振动传感器、油液与磨损颗粒传感器采集积累实时数据,为下一步的数据挖掘与信息融合奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the reliability of the wind turbine,the present situation of the condition monitoring technology and network structure in wind turbine transmission chain were analyzed,and a kind of condition monitoring system based on cable network was proposed,which has high reliability and huge capacity of datum transmission.The system consists of two kinds of online realtime monitoring technologies,the vibration monitoring technology and oil monitoring technology,combines with SCADA data,which can improve the diagnosis and early warning accuracy of transmission chain latent failure and early fault.The system has been installed in the 15 MW doublyfed wind turbine for demonstration application.Realtime datum from vibration sensors,oil sensor and wear particle sensor on a same transmission train,canl be used in data mining and information fusion for the next step.
