Abstract:Overload operation is a common method to accelerate of hydraulic pump life,the strong impact loading is one of the effective loading forms.In order to study the variation rule of loadbearing characteristics of the slipper pair under the impact loading and the mechanism of life degradation of hydraulic pump,by considering the overturning of the slipper along the swash plate surface,the bearing characteristic equation of slipper pair in normal state was obtained.By determining the wear conditions under the impact loading,defining the structural parameters of wear profile at slipper bottom,the oil film loadbearing characteristic equation describing the wear process of swash plate pump slipper pair with strong impact load was established,and the influence of strong impact load on oil film pressure distribution,oil film thickness distribution and the parameter that indicating the ability of the slipper pair to resist the impact load was explored.The results show that with the increase of impact load and impact frequency,the minimum oil film thickness tends to decrease.With the increase of the impact frequency,the wear rate of slipper is increased,the thickness and pressure of oil film at the wear profile are decreased,the width of the sealing belt is decreased,the ability of the slipper pair to resist the impact load is weakened gradually and the wear degree of slipper is more serious.
