    摘要:

    在差压法测量气体流量的基础上,提出一种新的基于恒压恒容积差压法的微小泄漏流量测量方法,为消除系统误差,该方法使气流入口的压力在测量前后保持不变,从而可实现航空发动机密封件微小气体泄漏流量高精度测量,且流量越小测量误差越小。介绍微小气体泄漏流量测量方法的测量原理、高精度温度传感器、压力传感器、数据采集卡的选择,并通过试验验证恒压恒容积差压法测量微小泄漏流量的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the differential pressure method of gas flow measurement,a new measurement method of samll gas leakage flow,the constant pressure constant volume differential pressure method was proposed.In order to eliminate system errors,the method controls the air inlet pressure to be constant before and after measurement,and can achieve the highprecision measurement of small gas leakage flow of aeroengine sealing parts.The measurement method of small gas leakage flow was introduced,including the measurement principle,the selection of high precision temperature sensor,pressure sensor and data acquisition card.That the measurement method has high accuracy was proved by seal leakage test.The feasibility of measureing small gas leakage flow by constant pressure and constant volume differential pressure method was verified by experiments.
