    摘要:

    针对电主轴在实际使用、维护和维修中的测试需求,搭建适用于不同型号的油气润滑电主轴测试平台。该测试平台由电主轴辅助功能模块(电主轴支撑固定单元、电主轴控制单元、电主轴油气供给单元和松拉刀单元)和电主轴测试模块组成,结合基于VC编程的数据采集和处理等功能,可实现对不同型号、不同直径油气润滑电主轴的温度、振动、噪声等的测试,为数控机床电主轴的维护保养和维修提供了实验条件。

    Abstract:

    In view of the testing requirements of the motorized spindle in practical use,maintenance and repair,a test platform for different types of oil and gas lubrication spindle was built.The test platform consists of spindle auxiliary modules (spindle support fixed spindle unit,control unit,spindle oil and gas supply unit and somra knife unit) and electric spindle test module.Combined with the functions of data acquisition and processing based on VC programming,the test of temperature,vibration and noise for different types and diameters of oil and gas lubricated motorized spindle was realized,which provides experimental conditions for maintenance and repair of CNC motorized spindle.
